Behind benedict's
With over 17 years in hospitality, creating places where people feel welcome has always been at the heart of what I do. I started out in a local garden centre and worked my way through the industry, eventually running my own pubs and gaining years of hands-on experience in delivering great food, great service, and a genuine atmosphere.
Over the years, working in high-end establishments helped shape my passion for quality and attention to detail, but it was discovering brunch when I worked at Josie's that truly inspired me. I fell in love with everything it represents relaxed mornings, great coffee, fresh, creative dishes, and bringing people together. Benedict’s Brunchbar is the result of that journey, a place built from passion, experience, and a genuine love for brunch.
